Two Dental implants to replace 4 missing front teeth lost due to trauma. Our patient wanted to maintain the alignment of the teeth he had prior to his boating accident.
The upper teeth were restored with crowns (porcelain to metal) and the lower teeth were removed and dental implants placed with crowns as the final restoration. "My smile looks like it did when I joined the army and I met my wife."
Upper crowns and lower veneers were placed and blended in shade to match the retained previous restorations that were present in the back of the mouth. We were able to repair and beautify worn chipped teeth with large failing fillings.
Clear removable braces were used to align the teeth closer to a natural alignment especially on the lower. Porcelain veneers were then placed in the upper to blend with the natural lower teeth. No veneers were used in the lower.
